George H. Grant

George H. Grant, President, has 27 years of diversified architectural experience. George Grant earned a B.S. in Architecture in 1977 and a Master of Architecture degree in 1979, both from Georgia Institute of Technology. During his graduate work and after completing his studies at Georgia Institute of Technology, he began his architectural career with L. Miles Sheffer.

During his career, George Grant has received recognition for several of his designs from the Georgia Masonry Association/AIA Award of Merit, and the Athens Downtown Development Authority’s Golden Spike Award.

In 1989, George Grant rejoined Sheffer as a partner in L. Miles Sheffer, P.C. In 1991, the Corporate name was changed to Sheffer & Grant, Architects, P.C. George Grant has been responsible for a new high school, school renovation and addition projects, a high school stadium and numerous major banking facilities. In his career, George has worked on projects ranging from office, institutional, educational and retail. Recent clients include Atlanta Public Schools, Georgia State University, SouthTrust Bank (Wachovia), and Main Street Bank (BB&T),

George H. Grant is NCARB certified.

George H. Grant is a Registered Architect in Georgia, and has held registrations in several states.

Audrey Dale Grant

Audrey Dale Grant brings years of banking experience with planning and facilities management to service. She is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, in Architecture. Ms. Grant began her career with NationsBank becoming the Manager of the Design & Construction Department and going on to become the Regional Real Estate Planner managing development of Georgia and Florida properties for NationsBank. Ms. Grant has additional background in interior design and is certified by NCIDQ. Selection and purchase of furniture is part of the project skills brought to the team.

After leaving NationsBank, Ms. Grant joined Sheffer & Grant, and also formed the minority firm Grant & Associates. Ms. Grants' expertise in turn-key project management (including site selection, project design, furnishings, and coordinating the installation of all items from bank equipment to low voltage and communications) and her experience working with a large institution has proven invaluable in producing many projects.
